In the Turkish Capital Markets Board (CBM) newsletter published on Friday, June 7th; It was announced that 1 portfolio company received establishment permission for 1 venture capital investment fund.

🎯 Company formation solutions provider Mükellef raised funding with $20 million valuation.

Mükellef, which provides the needs of SME-scale businesses from company establishment to tax on a single platform, has raised an investment with $20 million valuation in pre-Series A bridge round. The investment round was led by Boğaziçi Ventures, with participation from APY Ventures, 3dots, Sistem Global, ANKA Ventures and Finberg.
