Reco raises $55M
Reco, which helps companies secure SaaS platforms and AI agents, has raised $55 million in new funding. The round builds on a $30 million Series B in February and was led by AT&T’s venture arm, with participation from Forestay and Quadrille Capital.
The company says the new financing brings its total funding to $140 million. Reco’s co-founder and CEO Ofer Klein said the company’s valuation has more than doubled since the February Series B announcement, and he described it as being in the “high hundreds of millions,” though he did not disclose an exact figure.
Reco was founded by Ofer Klein and is focused on helping security teams map and protect the growing ecosystem of AI agents and connected applications. Until last year, the startup mainly sold software to map and secure SaaS and AI platforms, but it has since repositioned around a broader product built on a context graph that links agents to apps, people, accounts, and permissions.
The platform is designed to help companies see what an agent can access and remove permissions it does not need. Reco says it integrates with more than 280 apps, can add new integrations within days, and uses browser and network signals to identify agents outside the apps it connects to directly. It also includes controls to inspect prompts and tool calls.
The startup said annual recurring revenue is in the double-digit millions of dollars and that it expects to triple this year. It has more than 100 customers, and financial services companies account for about 40% of its business.
Reco said the new funding will be used for hiring, sales, partnerships, and customer support as it continues expanding its AI agent security offering.
