Naboo acquires pro-ven
Naboo, a Paris-based EventTech scale-up, has joined forces with UK Meetings and Events (M&E) specialist pro-ven. As a result of the deal, pro-ven will become Naboo UK. Together, the combined entity now oversees €269 million in meetings and events worldwide. The acquisition was financed through an equal split of equity and debt. The move follows Naboo’s €58.7 million Series B funding round earlier this year, led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and existing investors Notion Capital, ISAI, and Ternel.
Founded in 2022 by Maxime Eduardo, Antoine Servant, Lucien Bredin, and Jean-Louis Villeminot, Naboo is a platform for booking, managing, and running corporate events, also known as MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Its offering spans venue sourcing, AI-assisted procurement, corporate payment cards, accounts payable, and event planning tools for organisers and participants.
The company aims to replace fragmented event tools with its AI operating system, which uses intelligent agents to handle sourcing, quote comparisons, contract review, and payment processing automatically. According to Naboo, its platform delivers an average saving of 12% per event for clients, which includes Google, Meta, Microsoft, Siemens, as well as a quarter of the French CAC 40 index under exclusive contracts.
Established in 2005, pro-ven has spent two decades building deep relationships with enterprise clients across the UK, Europe, and globally. Its expertise spans venue and supplier sourcing, rate negotiation, approval workflows, centralised invoicing, and lodge card management. The tie-up pairs Naboo’s technological scale with proven client expertise in the UK market, where the former has been expanding since opening a London office in 2025 and has signed clients such as KPMG and HSBC.
pro-ven has 20 employees, and Naboo said it plans to retain everyone to support its exponential growth in the UK market.
