Investment: “Creditstar Group raises €4.6M”
Creditstar Group, a Tallinn, Estonia-based provider of a consumer finance and digital investment platform, received a €4.6M hybrid equity investment from Kilde at a €130M valuation. The deal was structured as a convertible loan.
Led by founder and CEO Aaro Sosaar, Creditstar Group is a consumer finance and investment fintech company providing digital consumer credit products, including fixed-term instalment loans and flexible revolving credit, under the Creditstar and Monefit brands. Their platform also powers Monefit SmartSaver, a digital investment solution for retail and corporate investors that helps finance the group’s consumer lending portfolio.
The company operates locally regulated lending entities in the UK and seven EU markets, with its investment platform accessible across 31 European countries.
The company intends to use the funds to support its next phase of product expansion, including a wider launch of its credit card in Estonia later in 2026.
