Esistem Dijital Dönüşüm Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, a digital transformation technologies company and a portfolio company of Mediterra Capital Partners III, LP, has applied to the Competition Authority to acquire all shares of e-Güven.
The acquisition application is subject to review by the Competition Authority and the outcome will be determined after that assessment. The move signals Mediterra Capital’s growing interest in digital security and corporate technology infrastructure.
Esistem operates in the digital transformation technology space as part of Mediterra Capital’s portfolio of mid-market investments in Turkey. The company has submitted the share transfer request to formalize the takeover of e-Güven’s shares pending regulatory approval.
e-Güven is a long-established Turkish technology firm active in electronic signature, mobile signature, timestamping and digital identity. The company is known for providing digital security solutions tailored to public institutions and regulated sectors, and its products and services are widely used across e-government applications and other digital processes.
The acquisition, once approved, would align with Mediterra Capital’s strategic interest in strengthening capabilities in digital security and corporate technology infrastructure and expanding services for public and regulated customers.
