Last week, 2 Venture capital investment funds(GSYF) received establishment permission.

In the bulletin published by the Capital markets board (CMB) last week, the news that 2 portfolio companies received establishment permission for 2 venture capital investment funds was shared. It is unclear whether this fund will directly invest in the Turkish entrepreneurship ecosystem.

In the Third Quarter of 2022, 74 startups in the Turkish start-up ecosystem received 97 Million Dollars of investment from 202 investors. With this quarter, 232 domestic statups have collected 1.49 Billion Dollars of investment so far in 2022.

Bursa-based startup  Bren, which produces technologies that save energy, maintenance and time, has completed its bridge investment tour with a valuation of 12 million dollars under the leadership of Alesta Investment. Founded in 2018, the venture aims to grow in the European and American markets and is preparing for a Series A investment tour.

🎯 Rentiva,the car sharing and rental startup, raised funding.

Person-to-person car rental platform Rentiva received an investment of 170 thousand dollars in the bridge investment tour led by Mustafa Atilla and Orhan Çetin. Established in 2017, Arabali.com became operational with the merger of Garajyer in 2019, bringing together car owners who want to rent their car and generate income, and customers who want to benefit from reliable car rental services. The venture, which provides active service in Istanbul, aims to increase its service area in holiday regions such as Izmir, Antalya and Muğla, with investment.

🛒 FUT Ventures has acquired Flank Esports.

FUT Ventures, established for FUT Esports’ investments in entertainment, gaming, media and production, has acquired a new generation esports platform, Flank Esports. Founded in 2017, Flank had previously received an investment of 500 thousand Euros from Fethi Kamışlı, Hakan Sabancı and Sina Afra.
